On June 18, Elite held a plenary meeting to celebrate the 19th anniversary of the company.

Now, the international and domestic situation is not good due to the epidemic, but our elite photoelectric employees can work overtime, which is the result of everyone's joint efforts.

Judging from our growth situation, we will grow faster in the next year or the next year, so everyone should be prepared. Our company is moving very fast in this industry now, and it is an undoubted leading enterprise. Now our R&D team has grown a lot, and major projects have been advanced very quickly and successfully.

We all go to work, earn money, and support our families. Although it is impossible, we still hope that everyone can be happy. This is what we pursue, and we hope that enterprises can persist in doing so. It has been 19 years in a blink of an eye, and many employees have witnessed how we got here in 19 years. The 20th anniversary will be celebrated next year, and I hope everyone present today can witness it together.

I have been happy working in Elite Optoelectronics for more than ten years, and my life is very relaxed and comfortable. I don’t face the cruel internal competition or the last elimination system like the students who entered the big factories. Our company is based on people-oriented development, and everyone may be the future product owner or team leader. I hope that a technical team can grow from the production line, and encourage everyone to cultivate learning thinking, listen more, ask more questions, and use your own ideas and efforts to achieve self-realization instead of just work.

I hope that everyone will make the products well and meticulous, try their best to meet all the requirements of customers, and make progress together. Over the years in Elite Optoelectronics, as long as the customers we have won, they have never changed suppliers. Our growth is not only accompanied by employees, but also the trust of our customers for ten years.

When I first came here in 2000, there were only three or four people in the R&D department, and now the R&D department has become our  greatest team!  With young and full of passion, the future must be better than the present!

Everyone should be confident, don't back down when exposed to new products, and don't be afraid, thinking that you know nothing. You must have the willingness to learn. Only by continuous learning can you keep up with the products and the industry.

I was also an ordinary newcomer when I first came here. During these years in the company, I was able to grow into the person in charge of an important production line. I am grateful for the platform given by the company and the time for me to learn slowly.

At Elite, everyone has this opportunity. The development of the company is inseparable from everyone's efforts. And efforts will definitely be rewarded. I believe that every effort will not be let down in Elite.

I have not been in the company for a long time, but the elite's desire for technological pursuit is the "most urgent" I have seen since working. At the same time, the working atmosphere is also the best, whether it is private contact or cooperation at work. The work pressure is not high, but the employees perform their own duties, and everyone has a strong self-driving force.
